Office communication/Promotion module..

Office communication and promotion box would be a module similar to the messaging, snapshot, groups modules. This is a simple "notepad" where all WebPDI office managers can add things they want to promote, or remember, or communicate to other managers. 

Perhaps managers that are logging get alert when the box has changed. This way all managers in an office are on the same page for a PDI session.
