Add "TXT", "NA" to AM/PM status list

Adding to the LM1, LM2, LM3, TT1, TT2, TT3, DONE list... The TXT = sent them a text message, NA is for people you weren't able to leave messages for.

    This one sound easy to add. However, there are many places in the code the reference this list in sequence to sort reps and calculate % or reps talked to. I think we can add it. I'm just saying it's a little harder than others.

    Some other values that have been requested are PT (Phone time), AO (at office), RT (received message)
