Reps & Rep Data

Q : I just logged in and I can't see any of my reps. I'm not a new user and I know I'm syncing with the company's data. What should I do?

A : Refresh your browser a couple times! This happens every once an a while after our development team does a large update. Your browser is holding on to an old version of a file. Refreshing your browser loads the news file in.

 


Q : Ok, I refreshed but my reps are still not showing up? What else should I do?

A : Clear your browsers cache.

Here's an example of how to do this using the Chrome browser on a Mac

  1. Click on the Chrome menu->Clear Browsing Data

    Go to your Chrome browser menu
  2. Select "Empty the cache". No other checkboxes need to be selected. However, where it says "Clear Data from this period", select "Everything"
