How do I get missing reps on my WebPDI Sheet. – WebPDI Support

First login to Vectorconnect.com. Then go to "My Office"->"Office Management"->"PDI"->"Search Active Reps".
Is the desired rep on this list? If not go to the inactive reps list and activate the desired rep(s).
Once you have activated this rep WAIT about an hour or so and they should be on your WebPDI Sheet
If the rep doesn't show up on your sheet after following steps 1-3 and waiting for a while... SEND US THE REP NUMBER(S) OF THE DESIRED REPS ASKING US TO CHECK WHY THEY ARE MISSING. We will promptly fix this.
