Add REAL time for each note so Snapshot is sorted by time not just date

I was thinking life would be so much easier if I could look at snapshop as a timeframe. for example if I have 20 demos as a team I would like to see the day where I could see the demo times from morning to evening. just a thought.

Yeah! I really want to turn the "@" symbol into not just a tag but also the TRIGGER to setting REAL hour and minute times for each note. This way I can very easily sort notes in snapshot to be time specific within each day of snapshot! Also, adding this timestamp to each note will let us do a lot more stuff with notification, sms, etc :)

It's gonna happen :)
