Edit notes/ Convert notes to a different type.

 I have a question regarding resolving rep demos using the task setting: is there a way to add or change a task into hot news when an appt turns into a sale? For example, the task says: "appt @5pm". Rep has a sale for 300 cpo... can we edit the task into a hot news item that says "300 CPO @5pm appt"?
