Turn the notes section into a scheduler.

The notes system is great. However, it's lacking a few things. 

1. It's not time smart. You can tag notes with @3, @8pm etc. But it's really NOT a specific time. 

2. There's no way to setup recurring notes. 

This would be a ton of work but it would make the snapshot/messaging combination very, very powerful. Perhaps demo notes/tasks/etc are created with a time and the notes section is setup like an iphones calendar
