Set Daily Goals instead of just the Week Goal

Instead of just having a Weekly Demo & CPO Goal and the Demos tomorrow goal, have the ability to set a demo, cpo goal for each day of the week. The daily totals would cumulate into a total goal which would be a read only value. By read only I mean that the weekly goal would be set by setting the daily goals only. 

Each day of the week would have 4 boxes  (Demo Goal, Demo Actual, CPO Goal, CPO Actual.) These 4 boxes would sit above/on/around the pdi sheet's day headers.
