Better facebook search!
Before we only searched by first and last name, now we search by mobile phone first then the rep's name second. This should really improve the accuracy of the facebook profile search.
Not using the facebook search?
It's super easy to get started! Just click on the rep's actions then click on "Facebook -> Setup"
